Our Comfort Guarantee - The Fine Print

We will always spend time to consult with you, our customer, in order to find the best mattress for your individual needs, requirements and budget.

Our recommendation will always be to give your new mattress a few weeks in order for your body to get accustomed to its support and feel.

A new mattress is a very important purchase and so, if within a sixty night period from time of delivery, you feel the need to exchange your mattress, the following criteria will need to be strictly adhered to:

  • A mattress protector must be purchased along with the mattress and used during the trial period.

  • Damaged or soiled mattresses will not be exchanged under any circumstances.

  • We will happily help you with your re selection of any mattress in our range which is of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid.

  • A redelivery and recovery charge will apply to any exchange. As an example, for Auckland Metro this is usually between $300 to $500 in total. Recovery charge relate to the mattress being returned to the factory and the cover being replaced, thus returning the mattress to ‘as new’ condition. These mattresses are clearly marked and sold in our shop as ‘recovered mattresses’ with a full guarantee and at a reduced price.

  • The offer is restricted to one mattress exchange per transaction.

  • The offer is for mattresses only and does not apply to bases, headboards or special build sizes.

  • The offer does not apply to “one only” floor stock clearance mattresses.
